Terms of Service
Effective date: 2 June 2026
DashboardCreation.com is operated by AP Resourcing Ltd, company number SC448251, registered in Scotland. Our registered office is 201 Westland Drive, Glasgow, G14 9JQ.
These Terms apply to business customers using DashboardCreation.com services. They are written for business-to-business use and are not intended for consumer or personal use.
The service
DashboardCreation provides business customers with:
- a hosted private dashboard and workflow system for agreed operational workflows;
- setup, configuration, and import work where included in the accepted plan or promotion;
- managed hosting, maintenance, backups, and support;
- a monthly request queue for small improvements, where included in the plan.
The service is not:
- a public SaaS product built for resale by the customer;
- a full ERP, CRM, finance, property management, or industry-specific platform replacement unless agreed separately in writing;
- an emergency, safety-critical, legal, accounting, tax, insurance, health and safety, or regulatory compliance service.
Customers remain responsible for their own operations, urgent matters, notices, legal obligations, records, approvals, reports, and business decisions.
Plans
Active request plans include hosting, backups, support, maintenance, and one active request at a time unless agreed otherwise.
DashboardCreation may also offer a hosting and support only plan for customers who no longer need active improvement work.
The current hosting and support only price is $250 per month unless otherwise agreed. This plan includes:
- hosting;
- backups;
- support;
- bug fixes for functionality already provided.
It does not include new feature requests, workflow changes, integrations, imports, fine-tuning work, or other app changes unless quoted separately or the customer returns to an active request plan.
Plan prices and features may change by giving reasonable notice. Price changes will not apply to a billing period already paid for and will normally take effect from the next renewal date unless otherwise agreed.
Setup and import
Setup/import may be included during promotions or quoted separately. The scope depends on the customer’s existing spreadsheet, workflow, data quality, and requested first build.
DashboardCreation may reject, defer, split, or quote separately for setup/import work that is too large, unclear, high risk, technically unsuitable, or dependent on unavailable third parties.
Customers are responsible for checking imported data, testing workflows, and confirming that records, statuses, approvals, reports, and exports are accurate enough for their business use.
Request sizing
Most requests are selected from DashboardCreation’s request menu or picklist. The picklist is intended to contain changes that can usually be delivered within 1 to 3 working days.
Customers may also submit off-list requests for review. DashboardCreation may:
- accept the request;
- reject the request;
- quote separately for the request;
- break the request into smaller request items before work begins.
A request is not guaranteed to be accepted simply because it is submitted.
DashboardCreation may split, defer, reject, or quote separately for requests that are too large, unclear, outside the agreed workflow, require major integrations, create legal or compliance risk, or depend on unavailable third parties.
Hosting
DashboardCreation-managed hosting is used to keep setup and support simple. Customer infrastructure deployment is not included unless agreed separately in writing.
Hosted dashboard and workflow systems and related operational data may be hosted on infrastructure located in the United States.
By using the service, customers acknowledge that customer/dashboard and workflow system data may be stored and processed:
- in the United States;
- by relevant service providers outside the UK.
DashboardCreation will use reasonable care to keep hosted dashboard and workflow systems available, maintained, backed up, and secure. Availability may be affected by maintenance, third-party providers, internet outages, security incidents, or customer data/integration issues. No specific uptime percentage is guaranteed unless agreed separately in writing.
DashboardCreation will use reasonable efforts to respond to support requests within normal UK business hours. The service does not include 24/7 emergency support unless separately agreed in writing.
Payment
Fees are billed through UseQueue and Stripe unless otherwise agreed. Customers are responsible for keeping payment details current.
Prices are exclusive of VAT, sales tax, or other applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Customers are responsible for any applicable taxes. Billing may be handled in USD or another agreed currency through UseQueue/Stripe.
If payment is late or fails, DashboardCreation may pause request work, support, or access to the hosted dashboard and workflow system after reasonable notice. Continued non-payment may lead to cancellation and data deletion after the normal export and retention period. The customer remains responsible for fees already incurred.
Cancellation and refunds
Customers may cancel at the end of any monthly billing period by giving notice before the next renewal date.
Fees already paid for the current billing period are generally non-refundable once setup, hosting, support, import, or request work has begun. Refunds are handled case by case because each engagement includes custom setup, hosting, support, and implementation work.
After cancellation, access normally remains available until the end of the paid billing period, unless the account is suspended for non-payment, misuse, security risk, or another serious issue.
Data after cancellation
Customers may request a reasonable export of their dashboard and workflow system data within 30 days after access ends. After that period, DashboardCreation may begin deleting the hosted dashboard and workflow system and operational data unless limited retention is required for legal, accounting, security, backup, or dispute purposes.
Backups are deleted on a rolling backup schedule and may not be removed immediately from every backup copy.
Customer data and privacy
Customers retain ownership of their own data.
Where DashboardCreation processes personal data in a hosted dashboard and workflow system on behalf of a customer:
- AP Resourcing Ltd acts as processor;
- the customer acts as controller;
- the customer is responsible for having a lawful basis to add personal data to the service;
- the customer is responsible for providing any required privacy notices to clients, customers, staff, contractors, suppliers, tenants, landlords, or other individuals whose data they enter into the dashboard and workflow system.
Customers must not upload unnecessary sensitive personal data or special category data unless explicitly agreed in writing.
If a separate data processing agreement is required, the customer should request it before adding personal data to the service.
Customer responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:
- user access decisions and account security;
- the accuracy and lawfulness of data entered into the dashboard and workflow system;
- using the service only for lawful business purposes;
- promptly telling DashboardCreation about suspected unauthorised access, security issues, or data issues;
- validating their own records, reports, approvals, exports, and business decisions;
- handling urgent, safety-critical, legal, financial, regulatory, or professional matters outside the dashboard and workflow system.
Customers must not use the service to upload unlawful, harmful, excessive, or unnecessary personal data; process special category data unless agreed in writing; infringe third-party rights; interfere with service security; attempt to access other customers’ systems; use the service for spam, fraud, harassment, or illegal activity; or rely on the dashboard and workflow system as the sole system for emergency, safety-critical, or legally required processes.
Intellectual property
Customers retain ownership of their data.
AP Resourcing Ltd retains ownership of the software, source code, templates, components, processes, know-how, platform materials, and other materials used to provide the service. Customers receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the hosted dashboard and workflow system during their active subscription.
Purchase or transfer of any custom software, source code, deployment package, or extended licence is not included in the monthly plans.
It may be offered at AP Resourcing Ltd’s discretion and must be agreed separately in writing, including:
- scope;
- price;
- included materials;
- exclusions;
- any ongoing support or hosting terms.
Buying custom parts does not automatically transfer reusable platform code, templates, know-how, or shared components unless expressly agreed in writing.
Third-party services
The service may rely on third-party providers including hosting providers, Cloudflare, UseQueue, Stripe, email providers, and other tools needed to provide, secure, bill, support, and improve the service.
DashboardCreation is not responsible for failures, downtime, data issues, or changes caused by third-party services outside its reasonable control.
Limitation of liability
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot legally be limited under applicable law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AP Resourcing Ltd is not liable for:
- indirect, consequential, special, or loss-of-profit damages;
- loss of revenue, lost opportunities, customer claims, contractor disputes, data-entry mistakes, report errors, business interruption, or operational decisions made from customer data;
- losses caused by customer data, customer decisions, third-party services, or use of the dashboard and workflow system as an emergency, safety-critical, compliance, finance, or professional-advice system.
For all other claims, AP Resourcing Ltd’s liability is limited to the fees paid by the customer for the service in the 3 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. For material changes affecting active customers, we will take reasonable steps to notify them.
