Refund Policy

DashboardCreation.com is operated by AP Resourcing Ltd, company number SC448251, registered in Scotland.

DashboardCreation.com is a productized business service, not a self-serve software subscription. Each engagement may include workflow review, setup, configuration, hosting, support, maintenance, spreadsheet imports, and implementation work.

Customers may cancel at the end of any monthly billing period by giving notice before the next renewal date.

Because DashboardCreation includes setup, configuration, import, hosting, support, and request work, refund eligibility depends on the stage of the project. Fees already paid for the current billing period are generally non-refundable once setup, hosting, support, import, or request work has begun.

If you are unhappy with the scope or a deliverable, raise it during the active month so the request can be corrected, clarified, rejected, quoted separately, or broken down into a clearer deliverable.

Refunds are handled case by case. After cancellation, access normally remains available until the end of the paid billing period, unless the account is suspended for non-payment, misuse, security risk, or another serious issue.
